24 hr cancellation policy
Please cancel with at least 24 hrs notice to give other patients an opportunity to book in. As a small business this is really appreciated. A reminder is sent out 48 hrs prior to your appointment to offer plenty of time.
Cancellations on the day will incur a $40 cancellation fee.
Missing your appointment, without providing notice, will incur 75% cancellation fee.
To avoid a cancellation fee – if you can reschedule with your practitioner within the same week or switch your appointment to a quick script online telehealth you can avoid a fee.
NB: that telehealth is still a valuable resource offering you any of the following; a check-in opportunity, accountability, advise, support, dietary suggestions, practitioner range supplement script and/or herbal formula script via our online dispensary.

Collection of Personal Information As part of providing acupuncture services, we will need to collect certain personal and health-related information from you, including:
• Full name, date of birth, address, and contact details • Medical history and current health status • Information related to your acupuncture treatment, including session notes and progress reports.
This information is necessary to be able to deliver safe and effective healthcare services and to meet the regulatory and legal obligations as a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner.
Use and Disclosure of Personal Information:
Your personal information will be used only for purposes directly related to your care, including:
• Assessing your health needs and providing acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatments • Communicating with you about your care and treatment options • Referral to other healthcare providers, with your consent, if additional care is needed.
Your information will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent, except when required by law (e.g., mandatory reporting requirements or court orders).
